– Our Cooking Workshop gift vouchers are for single use, valid for one year from the date of purchase, and the expiration date cannot be extended. After purchase, you will receive the gift voucher (in PDF format) via email, which you can then personalize.
– Our gift vouchers can be used to purchase one or more tickets for any of our cooking workshops and masterclasses; they are not tied to any specific workshop theme.
– The voucher’s expiration date is the deadline to redeem it for a ticket to any of the workshops currently listed on our website, regardless of the workshop’s scheduled date.
– We do not offer returns or refunds for gift vouchers.
– Workshop spots are subject to availability.
– Gift vouchers are not valid for purchasing tickets in the “Other Workshops” category.
We release new dates and cooking workshops on our website every month, allowing you to redeem your voucher for a ticket (or tickets).

How to use the voucher?
– Visit our website at: https://store.timeout.com/cursos-de-cozinha/
– Select the desired workshop and date, and check for available spots.
– Choose the number of tickets you want.
– Enter the code found in this document on the website and wait for the discount to be applied.
– Click to complete the transaction.
– If the workshop price exceeds the voucher value, you can pay the difference using the available payment methods. If the price is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
– You will then receive a purchase confirmation containing an order number.
– Finally, you will receive a confirmation email with the ticket attached, which you must present upon entry to the Time Out Academy.
