Este mês viajamos até longe para conhecer um pouco da gastronomia coreana e um dos seus pratos mais conhecidos. O Bibimbap é um prato tradicional com diversas variantes que é feito com ingredientes frescos como vegetais e carne, servido numa taça de arroz.Venha descobrir mais sobre esta gastronomia, ingredientes e técnicas neste workshop conduzido pelo Chef Miguel Mesquita.

Useful Information:

– Duration 2h: Includes workshop, dinner/lunch and drinks.

– Workshops start promptly at the scheduled time, entry is not permitted after the start.

– Presentation of a digital or printed ticket is mandatory at the workshop entrance, which will be validated by a Time Out Academy staff member.

– There are no assigned seats. The seating arrangement will be indicated by a Time Out Academy staff member at the workshop entrance. Participants will be organized into groups of 2 or 3 people, unless otherwise indicated.

– The main language of the workshop is Portuguese.

– Each ticket is valid for one person aged 18 or over. The exception applies to Masterkids workshops, where one ticket is valid for one child (between 6 and 14 years old) and one accompanying adult.
– Participants under 18 years of age may only participate in workshops when accompanied by a responsible adult. Both must present a valid ticket.
– No date changes, returns, or refunds are made for tickets. If you wish to cancel a ticket, you must inform the Time Out Academy by email at academia@timeout.com, at least 10 days before the workshop date. In these situations, a gift voucher equal to the amount paid will be issued, valid for 6 months. If the purchase was made with a gift voucher, it will be reactivated, maintaining the original expiration date.
– If you have any food intolerances, restrictions, or allergies, please contact us before making the purchase via email at academia@timeout.com. Time Out Academy will assess the possibility of adapting the workshop and will respond by email.
