\nTouriga Nacional, Baga, Castel\u00e3o, Trincadeira, and Aragonez are just a few of the many varieties that make up Portugal’s extraordinary red grape heritage\u2014a heritage that helps define the diversity and identity of our wines.
\nIn this course, led by Lu\u00eds Grad\u00edssimo of the En\u00f3philo School, you will explore key Portuguese red grape varieties, discover the regions where they truly shine, and understand how each contributes to a wine’s color, aromas, structure, acidity, and tannins. All of this takes place in a relaxed, hands-on session featuring a guided tasting of five wines, allowing you to grasp the essential characteristics of each variety and gain new insights for choosing, tasting, and better appreciating Portuguese red wines.<\/p>\n
