The seating arrangement will be indicated by a Time Out Academy staff member at the workshop entrance. Participants will be organized into groups of 2 or 3 people, unless otherwise indicated.<\/article>\n<article>&#8211; The main language of the workshop is Portuguese.<\/article>\n<article>&#8211; Each ticket is valid for one person aged 18 or over. The exception applies to Masterkids workshops, where one ticket is valid for one child (between 6 and 14 years old) and one accompanying adult.<br \/>\n&#8211; Participants under 18 years of age may only participate in workshops when accompanied by a responsible adult. Both must present a valid ticket.<br \/>\n&#8211; No date changes, returns, or refunds are made for tickets. If you wish to cancel a ticket, you must inform the Time Out Academy by email at academia@timeout.com, at least 10 days before the workshop date. In these situations, a gift voucher equal to the amount paid will be issued, valid for 6 months.
