– Our gift vouchers are for single use only, are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and their expiry date cannot be extended. After purchase, you will receive the gift voucher (in PDF format) in your email, which you can then personalize.
– Our gift vouchers can be used to purchase one or more tickets for any of our workshops and masterclasses and do not have any workshop associated with a specific theme or themes.
– The voucher expiry date is the deadline to exchange your voucher for a ticket to any of our workshops currently available on the website, regardless of the workshop date.
– We do not offer returns or refunds on gift vouchers.
– Workshop places are subject to availability.
Every month we release new dates and new workshops on our website so you can exchange your voucher for a ticket or tickets.

How to use the voucher?
– Access our website at: https://store.timeout.com/cursos-de-cozinha/
– Choose the workshop on the date you want and check if there are available spots.
– Choose the desired number of tickets.
– Apply the code found in this document on the website and wait for the discount to be applied.
– Click on finish.
– If the workshop has a higher value than the voucher, you can pay the difference using the available payment methods. If it has a lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
– You will then receive a purchase confirmation with an order number.
– Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email with the attached ticket, which you will have to present at the entrance to the Time Out Academy.
