This region, which is a crossroads between Europe and Asia, has always been known for its rich cuisine. In this workshop, we will present recipes full of history and tradition, such as Nohut Piyazi (Chickpea Salad) and Turk Boregi (Filo pastry stuffed with meat and vegetables). Come and learn more about this cuisine, ingredients and techniques in this workshop led by Chef Miguel Mesquita.

– Duration 2h – Includes workshop, dinner/lunch and drinks.
– Workshops start promptly at 12:00 p.m. The workshops are scheduled at a set time, and entry is not permitted after the start of the workshops.
– Participants are organized and cook in groups of 2 or 3 people.
– 1 ticket is valid for 1 person.
– Main language of the workshop: Portuguese.
– Age: Over 18 years old.
– Minors under 18 years old can participate in the workshops for adults as long as they are accompanied by an adult, both with a ticket.
