The Academia Time Out cooking school is a place to learn, hone your skills, and share your love of food. From ‘I can’t even fry an egg’ to ‘I’m a Michelin-star chef’, there are workshops for everyone, led by Chef Miguel Mesquita and his team. We also host private events, team-building events, workshops for kids, and courses for tourists who take home a tastier souvenir than a Barcelos Rooster.
